An impressive Australian Beachscape by South Australian artist Terry Lewitzka (1944-2017). Educated at the South Australian School of Art and later under the tutelage of John Goodchild & Reg Hicks. Like many practising artists, Terry travelled extensively throughout Europe, before returning to live and paint in Victor Harbour, South Australia. A successful exhibiting artist of the traditional impressionistic school, he painted plein air , and was greatly influenced by fellow South Australian artist Hans Heysen (1877-1968).
