The back artists label (pic 8) on this canvas, suggests these scenes are by the hand of Victorian landscape artist James Beament (1861-1933). The style and location are also a match for the works of James Beament. On the other landscape, the rim of the canvas was titled ‘Narbethong’ Victoria.
