The scale and majestic beauty of the Australian Gum Tree captured by listed British born Australian artist Harold Wright Harrison (1897-1964). Born in Yorkshire England, he emigrated to South Australia sometime before the 1920’s and was an active painter and printmaker during the 1930’s-50’s. It is documented that he died in Victoria in 1964.
