Shipping:
Please allow around 5-7 days for your artwork to arrive, this may take a little longer if in rural areas.
Once your art work is in transit, you will either receive a tracking number from us for Australia Post, or email notification from the courier.
Condition:
Most of our beautiful artworks and prints are vintage or antique. Due to their age, there may be patina, chips and/or scratches to the frame or artwork. In pieces where this may detract from the overall asthetic of the art work, we will describe the imperfection in the description.
Framing:
Where possible, we prefer to leave artworks in their original frames. A beautiful antique or vintage frame is part of the artworks provenance and character. However we re-frame and re-mount artworks that benefit from having a new frame, due to previous low quality framing or damage.
We use a trained professional picture framer; we do not use store bought or Ikea frames and we do not re-frame pieces ourselves. Professional framing ensures the integrity and quality of the artwork, as well as ensuring its longevity for your enjoyment into the future. We will state in each description if the artwork has been reframed or if in its original frame.
Returns:
We hope that you love your art purchase! However, If you are unhappy or change your mind about the Art Work you have purchased, you may return it to us within 7 business days for a full refund. Packing, insurance and shipping of the artwork is at the buyers expense. The artwork must be received by us in the same condition you received it, in order for a full refund to be given.
